Dr Helen Prytherch at the Fourth Global Forum on Human Resources for Health in Dublin, 2017

We delivered a short presentation entitled ‘Strengthening decentralised human resource management to improve health workforce performancein the ‘Health workforce policy and practice’ track, alongside Dr Helen Prytherch, a public health specialist and Head of Unit at the Swiss Centre for International Health. Together we looked at the PERFORM project – its aims, the action research approach, outputs and lessons learnt – and then on its application in the PERFORM2Scale initiative. The presentation was well received by the audience, and we look forward to updating them on our progress at the fifth global forum.

If you weren’t able to make the presentation you can see the slides on the WHO website. Videos of other great forum presentations are available on the event’s YouTube channel.
