This brief outlines the theory of change (ToC) for the Perform2Scale project.
The purpose of this ToC is to clarify the main outcomes the Perform2Scale project is seeking to achieve, and the necessary processes to achieve these outcomes over the whole project period.
The original PERFORM project, which developed the management strengthening intervention being scaled up in PERFORM2Scale, produced a number of resources and publications. These are all available on the original project’s website via this link.
The PERFORM project, which developed the management strengthening intervention being scaled up by PEFORM2Scale, adopted and adapted an action research process to work on strengthening human resources for health policy and practice in Ghana, Tanzania, and Uganda. An Action Research Toolkit was developed as part of this, with the purpose of explaining the process that was followed and to provide tools and tips to others who want to pursue a similar process or project.
