PERFORM2Scale took a successful health systems intervention and up-scaled it for sustainable impact – learn how

PERFORM2Scale took a highly effective, management-strengthening intervention and up-scaled it for use in other health systems.

The original PERFORM project used action research to improve health systems’ performance. It strengthened the capacity of district health managers, helping them to develop human resource management and health systems strategies to improve performance.

PERFORM2Scale built on the success of that intervention, and scaled up this approach in Ghana, Malawi and Uganda.
