New paper on managerial capacity in Ghana

There's a new paper available from the Ghana team and their paired partner, Swiss Tropical Health Institute.

'Managerial capacity among district health managers & association with performance: A comparative descriptive study of six districts in the Eastern Region of Ghana' was authored by Anne Christine Stender Heerdegen, Moses Aikins, Samuel Amon, Samuel Agyei Agyemang and Kaspar Wyss.
