11.4.19 - The team recently attended the fourth annual Consortium Workshop in Accra, Ghana. During this week, team members from all of the partners gathered to take stock of where we are with regard to the implementation of the Management Strengthening Intervention at district level; the process of scale-up of the intervention; and the research activities to develop new knowledge in both these areas.  It was a really productive week that the whole PERFORM2Scale team got a lot from. This was followed by a week's writing workshop when Uganda and LSTM team members refined their writing skills, focusing on writing better research papers, policy briefs and blog posts. Lots of new skills were learnt with the results to appear on this site soon. Many of the tweets from that fortnight are here.
